We suggest that you wash your diapers before first use. All fabrics are prewashed and dried on hot to minimize shrinking and any bleeding of colors. Always be aware to wash with similar colors the first 2 times of washing.

Laundering
Diapers: Machine wash cold one cycle, then one cycle hot. Use one extra rinse. Dry on medium. High dryer settings may damage materials. Never use bleach or fabric softener as these will also damage fabrics and minimize absorbency.
PUL AIO's: Before first use always machine wash warm and dry on one hot dryer cycle.  This will help seal the tiny holes created during the sewing process.

Shipping

We ship every other day, Monday through Friday via USPS. We try to ship in a timely manner, but please note that there can be longer shipping times due to large volumes of orders.  If you need a rush order, please email before ordering.  Shipping and handling fees are based on USPS web rates.

Payments

Payment is accepted through Paypal at Micheliala@MuttaqinBaby.com( Visa, Master Card, e-check ) and timely Money Orders and Personal Checks. Payment throuh paypal expected in 3 days, check or money order in 2 weeks. All items after this time will be relisted in the store.

Returns

Returns are accepted on an individual basis only. All products are guaranteed against workmanship defects (loose snaps, loose stitching, etc) for 30 days from the date they are shipped to you. We will not reimburse shipping on returns unless the problem is with the workmanship on the diapers
